Hello!
I have an excel macro that accesses 3 different workbooks within it. One of them has the potential to be locked for editing quite often, so I was wondering if there was a way to write the code such that this step is skipped if the workbook is locked for editing instead of saving some copy of the workbook every single time.
This is currently what is being locked for editing
Can I add some sort of IF statement or something saying if I click cancel if it is locked for editing that it will skip this and go on to the rest of code? Please Login or Register to view this content.
any help is greatly appreciated thank you!
