UserForm to search a list and display results

Hi Guys,

im pretty new to excel and want to build my first vba code, though I struggle greatly. Any help is very appreciated!

Following Problem: I have a datalist of 3000 rows and 50 colums and I want to build a seperate Userform, that searches this list for 2 criteria and displays the relevant rows/results. The criteria are "Source" in Row 18 and "Aim" in row 19.
So the input of the user in the userform are these two terms. Then the tool should display the results, I'm not quite sure how yet. At best, it even filters the results for only a couple of colums and so reduces the output data to only 3,4 cells.
