VBA copy paste data from one sheet to another sheet

hi guys, anyone can help me generate VBA to copy data from "RECEIPT" sheet to "REPORT" sheet

in the RECEIPT sheet (attached file) i need to type the type of service and name.

and then from the RECEIPT sheet, what i want to copy it to the report sheet..
info needed to be transferred to the REPORT sheet is the NAME, amount, and totals
