Dynamic Combo-boxes not updating correctly when filtering

Good Day,

I hope this e-mail finds you well.

I was hoping that someone can perhaps have a look at the attached file and example image.

For some reason once I change the option in ComboBox 2 away from "Coal Gx" lets say to Primary Energy the ComboBox 3 fields does not filter according to the option. It give me all the option for "Coal Gx" as well.
