Help with Lookup using IF/INDEX/MATCH for Course Schedule

I'm trying to reflect the course title, e.g. Course A, in worksheet Monthly Schedule based on the course date in worksheet Course Schedule. Can't seems to get it working. Pls help!

If you want Sat/Sun excluded alongside Public Holidays you can add a WEEKDAY test to the pre-emptive OR, e.g.:
