rubber duck - practice use and examples

Hi Guys,

i am looking for tutorial about unit testing.
I have to test bunch of inputed data and check if all formulas are working fine for different configuration.

Rubber duck will be a good tool for this?

And do you have maybe any practical examples for rubberduck?
