Saving along a Tricky Path

I have to create a report every day and save it to the appropriate folder. In my macro, my current saving code is:

This saves in the "Voucher Errors" folder. I then have to cut and paste it into one of the folders below:

Our fiscal year begins in September, so that's month 1, and goes through August, so August is month 12. So, for instance, a report I run today I would have to move to the "02 OCTOBER 2018-FY19" folder. What I'm looking for is a way to have my saving code determine the folder to place into, but I'm so far unable to wrap my head around how to write that logic. Any help would be appreciated.
