Roolling for 12 months and Sum which Exclude months with more than 1 DI

Afternoon, Experts

1. I would like to have a formula or code which will provide a sum of manhour without DI, meaning if each month manhour has a DI from 1 (as highlighted in red) the month's manhour must be exluded. The document must automatically get its total man hour without DI light higlighted in yellow.

2. The document must be rolling kind as monthly information is captured and runs for 12 months period. And if you add the current month the first month on the block must be moved out.

#2 - Rolling Calendar
It's pretty easy to have the months change automatically.
Problem is that your data wil not move along. To enable that there should be some kind of data table from which the data can be looked up.
Depends on how you enter your the data. Is it imported or entered manualy?
If it is imported , is it possible to import it in a such a data table?
Alternatively, if you're entering the data manualy, a macro could move the entered data to a table and replace it with a lookup formula.
