Extract text between two words in a text file and paste to Excel

I have a large text file. I need an excel macro code, that work :

1: open text file

2: find and extract text between Two world , like between "start" and "end"


3: copy this text
4: close text file
5: paste on excel cell

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
