Print/save PDF for all options in combobox

Hi guys
I'm quite new on this forum, and I apologize for being a bit slow!

I didn't succeed in finding a solution when recording macros/browsing on google/youtube so I'll try posting it here.

I would like to be able to create a macro for either print all/save all options from a combo box (or a list). It is work-related, so I have uploaded a simplified example, just returning a letter - through this will, of course, be sales prediction statistics in real life.

My problem is creating the "loop" so that the macro print/save the whole "range" in the A5 combo box. I usually only have 1 combo box to use as the variable - so no need to pay attention to the other options.
It seems like you should use an integer and define the range for it - but I really am not sure. Can one of you guys give me a push in the right direction and enable me to play on? I guess practice makes perfect :-)

It would be great to use the uploaded sheet for example. If we can make it work in this, I'm sure I will be able to apply it elsewhere.
