Combine Two Macros

    Is there anyway, I can combine these two with a single shortcut? Right now, I use two different shortcuts. One for positive numbers, one of negative numbers. I don't know much programming! Anyhelp is appreciated. Thank you.

    Surround your VBA code with CODE tags e.g.;
your VBA code here
The # button in the forum editor will apply CODE tags around your selected text.

    Thank you. I want to be able to select multiple cells, and hit ctrl+J to activate the macro. Your code only works in the first cell.

    Re: Combine Two Macros

    Hi, When I select an entire excel sheet and press ctrl+j, excel hangs. But if I click on the "," button in the number section on the home toolbar, the job gets done immediately (although in million format).
    The macro was written to convert the numbers in Indian format.

    A few rows, or cells, no problem pressing ctrl+j = works fine. But when I select an entire sheet, it hangs.

    Re: Combine Two Macros

    The same thing happens if I select an entire column - for example highlight the entire column A, and press Ctrl+j = excel goes into a non responsive mode.

    Re: Combine Two Macros

    There is a million cells in an entire column. This will limit the cells it processes to the used range and within your selection.
