HOW CHECK FILE.NAME HAS EXISTS OR NOT IN FOLDER,if not exists then copy

I HAVE CODING LIKE this,using workbook open ,if file in folder has copy or file has exists ,for next time not to calculate or not copy again
else if in folder contain new file ,every workbook_open new file in sheet1.usedrange copy to resume file sheets("REKAP")
HOW TO do check up file exists or not exists
i have coding ,every file in folder has copy ,i am save filename in sheets.rekap columns("O")
how to do thank for attention

PCI problem is more complek any multiple path
this is myfile
folder DATA have many file ,name of file is 1.Diklat *.... ,2.diklat *...
different name but name of file have unique "Diklat"
for example in Folder "data" there are 2 file name
1.diklat RKP
2.diklat rst
----first run coding ,all file in folder "DATA" in every filename have sheets("REKAP") Copy to workbook.destination name "DATA GABUNGAN" in sheets("REKAP")
In folder "GABUNGAN"
then i am copy all path in folder "DATA" TO destination file "DATA GABUNGAN" Sheets("REKAP") columns(O)
---- second run coding (next time next week,or next day)
- if in folder DATA file name
1.diklat RKP
2.diklat rst
NOT TO COPY Because has copy in first run coding,
and in file "DATA GABUNGAN" Sheets("REKAP") columns(O) is exists path or has copy

- for next if in folder DATA add file example become 3 file
1.diklat RKP
2.diklat rst
3.diklat New add
while coding to run filename 3.diklat new add will to copy filename "DATA GABUNGAN" and (1.diklat RKP, 2.diklat rst) not to copy because has exist in columns(O) or has copy in first
run coding
