copy table in word

There is no such thing as a "horizontal word sheet" in Word. Perhaps you want a landscape page in Word? If so, you need to define such a Section there. Or maybe you just want the table rotated on the Word page? If so, insert a textbox onto the page, paste your table into the textbox, then rotate that textbox.
