Angry how can I set up rules with If Then

I work in a department where we bid on construction jobs.

We are 8 imployees with different approvel rights.
Below you can see the pic. of the sheet I use.
When we get a new assigment/Job, we fill out a new row.
Column "D" is the person that caculates the price of the job.
Column "M" is the calculated price.
Column "O" is the person that has approved the calculated price.

I started to wright some code so nobody can appove their own work on assigments over 50.000
But the problem is that every has different rights.
Some can appove up to 100.000 on own assigments and some more and some less
And the same for others assigments.
I am new to vba and have no chance of solving this by my self.

I was thinking that i could make a list with values for the different employees on a different sheet("LIST")
And maybe wright the as If Case = something.....
That is when I realised that I can't do this my self, I need help.

Please take a look,it will be much appreciated

It is difficult to work with a screen shot. Can you attach a copy of your file. De-sensitize it if necessary. Include the list with values for the different employees on a different sheet("LIST").
You can say "THANK YOU" for help received by clicking the Star symbol at the bottom left of the helper's post.
Practice makes perfect. I'm very far from perfect so I'm still practising.

I'm sorry but there is no attachment in your post. To attach a file, click the "Go Advanced" button at the bottom right. Then scroll down a bit and click "Manage Attachments".

    That is great Mump1

When the msgbox pops up, that you can't approve, and you press OK I would like it to clear the cell so.
I tryid with Target.Clearcontents, but that gave a never ending loop of msgboxes.

Any idears how to clear the content so you ar forced to choose a new co worker.
    Thanks again
