Auto allot assessor for dynamic figure

Dear Expert,

Good day. I've created swipe system for assessor attendance & allotment for the tables & roles for each of them. For the allotment I use random formula which is I manually pump the data into the sheet once I receive the registration name list thru email. Can you guide me how to use VBA for the random function to work with dynamic assessors received? Maybe some code for me to work with.
