Forms issue, get debug on save

Is there definitely a sheet called "QC Out" (with no leading/trailing spaces)?
And is there definitely a control called "TextBoxQC_Out"?

Which exact message do you get?

i can't attache a file here,
if i click on attachment nothing shows, yes i uploaded the file to the site.
this is strange.

It's because you only have a header on the QC Out sheet.
The line of code below starts at A1 and works as if you press Ctrl+Down in that it goes to the last row. Then you're trying to add 1 to it which Excel cannot handle.
