How to Re-format from Input sheet to Formatted sheet with Macro

Hi Experts,

This one is way beyond what I know with Macros. I have attached a copy of the file with what I am trying to do. If anyone has a chance to give me any pointers or thoughts on how to do this I would greatly appreciate it. What I am trying to do is take what is on The Input_M tab and format into the layout on Formatted Tab but the number of items on Input_M could change to any combination of items. Please let me know if you need any more info but I am hoping the attached spreadsheet will show what I am trying to do.

Thanks 6StringJazzer. I did do a poor job of explaining what I was trying to do, I am sorry for that. I am looking for a way to take this thread/post down until I have time to clean it up as to not waste anyone else's time.
