Able to edit the cell that use drop down list

Hi all, need some help in Macros,

Required cell with drop down list function to be edited after function applied.

For example, one of the choice in drop down list is 'submitted". I selected that however i wish to add DATE in front of 'submitted'.

on the cell i can choose what i wish to type from the drop down list. However, everytime i choose something from the drop down list in the same cell i wish to type in today date as well

Sorry for the previous post, but yes this is what i need. Do you know how i can input multiple drop down list selection in one cell?
