Hi
I am using MS query to extract data from a database
in column E I have the order qty in column F the delivered qty in column I formula E2-F2 to give outstanding
in column L I have a formula that multiply column I by the price to give an outstanding value
if we over deliver columns F and I have a minus figure which means to total sum of L is incorrect
I am looking for a formula that will leave column L at 0 if column F is greater than E or VBA code that would change column F to 0 if greater than column E
thanks for your time
Steve
