Multiple Iterations of Find/Replace At Once (Feeding From A Table)

I have a " Reference Table' stored at a particular shared drive folder with Symbols in Column A and Replacement Text in Column B.
Need help with the Macro which can be used by anyone, which will fetch data from that location path and replace current active worksheet with Column A values to Column B values.
