How to use 2 cells for reference when creating folders

i have a file which at the moment i have to manual change by editing the macro to make the days and also the one for ref numbers

what i would like is the following

create the week works fine

so then you still have the week number in the cell so when you put in the day folder to make i want it to look at the cell for week and put that into the path so then i wouldn't have to change the macro each day have tried but to no avail as you can see in the code

and then when you come to making the folders for ref numbers you would have week and day folders made and have the week number and the day in DD.MM.YYYY format so then that macro would use those for the path

any help would be much appreciated

could i use a name for the cells ie week and then day and then just call these for the path of where to save
