Need to split one column into two columns based on the number of words per cells

Before posting this question, I searched extensively for an answered similar question but actually did not find any.
I'n in need to split ColA into 2 columns based on the number of words per each cell in the column.
If the cell number of words is odd, it should then be rounded off to the following even number before splitting.

Can I get some expert assistance with this issue please?

    Many thanks in advance.

More than stunning Karedog. Your genius code did it as exactly as it is needed smoothly and quickly. Please accept my cordial thanking.
I will mark this question as solved, meanwhile, is there any chance to modify the code to give me control over the number of words I want to split ColA by?
Once again, thank you very much indeed.
