Send Email in Excel from a Range of cells

    Hi,

I have a project which requires an Excel button to be clicked and a standard attachment to be uploaded (always in the same place with same file name) and email recipients are from a range of cells so all need to be included with the one email.
I'd also like to have the ability to rename the subject line and body text if possible so to automate as much as I can and speed up the process. I'd like the email to display, rather than auto sending.

I have seen code online (apols I am not experienced much in VBA) but this will only send individual emails to recipients.

Any guidance will be very much appreciated, spent too long hacking pieces of code together with not much clue on what to do!!

    Kind regards,

    Chris

    Hi

Are all the recipients consistent in a contiguous range. Can you please upload the code you have it may be adaptable.

    Cheers

Re: Send Email in Excel from a Range of cells

    Hi,

Yes, the data is in a fixed range.

To be honest I have lots of bits of code but none of it does what I required in the original brief listed above, didn't know whether anyone had done this before.

I'll try and work on this tonight and upload something, although my experience is very limited so not sure what I do upload would make sense

If anyone could provide code I would be so appreciative!

    Thanks in advance,

    Chris

Re: Send Email in Excel from a Range of cells

    Hi
I was thinking if the recipients are all in a contiguous group the name and email address I assume it may be relatively easy to establish a grouping in you email (Outlook) and manually distribute. The time consumed would be not dissimilar to running a macro.
    Just a thought
Look forward to what you upload and will do some research for you.

    Cheers
