Run time error 1004

I'm trying to run a VBA macro and get the run time error 1004 - 'to prevent loss of data, excel cannot shift non-blank cells off the worksheet. Select another location in which to insert new cells, or delete cells from the end of your worksheet'.

There must be something in row 12 that is preventing the copying? How would I find this?

I have come across the same error for years, yet I have to admit that I do not know how to correct it. I always assume it is an inherent error on excel, and did not both to look in details.
