Bar code scanning check on multiple scans

I have a photo of the userform attached at the end of this post to hopefully clarify my rambling..

All I want to do is scan a barcode in the BagCode box.
Tell it there is x amount of bags in the second box.
Then scan the remaining bags, verfying that the BagCode is the same as the first BagCode.
- If the same nothing happens
-If different then the form turns red? makes a sound? or a pop comes up to stop you from scanning any more

Done Verifying button exits out of userform
Next button clears data and lets you start over with a new BagCode.

I cant find many examples (none) of doing this in VBA and only know the bare minimum when it comes to coding in excel, so any help would be really appreciated.
