Currently, i am about to add DOB for every data. But, unfortunately when I want to add DOB it will have an error which is Type Mismatch at this line;
But, if I add DOB manually, and try to edit in the userform -- it can be edited.

Surround your VBA code with CODE tags e.g.;
[CODE]your VBA code here[/CODE]
The # button in the forum editor will apply CODE tags around your selected text.

I dont understand your userform.
That line does not understand your month selection.
You are showing Mac instead of Mar. However It does not even understand Apr.
