Need to assign dynamic row in macro

Good afternoon (or morning on the westcoast)!

So, I am working on a spreadsheet for a client that requires formula input which needs to be placed for the row to calculate properly. Heres my example

=IF(AH24=>24, 6000.00, 219.40*AH24)

Essentially heres the breakdown:

AH24 represents a sum of units for a calendar month. 24 units is a threshold that must be met for condition 1 to be true. 23 units or less will be calculated with elseif statement.


I am attempting to set up multiple macros at different rates that will allow the client to insert row with specific financial conditions, and the problem is I need to figure out how I can make a row variable that will assign itself to a static column.
The only static that I have is the column, AJ on this sheet.
