VBA to update columns based on live database (Dashboard)

Hi All,
I would like to update an excel file which will extract data based on date and time.
e.g Time: 6am-6pm
It will keep on looping to the next time which will be from 6pm-6am.

I've already sorted my live database based on date and time.
I'm stuck on coding part now.
Please advise guys.

Below is an example for your perusal.

I would like to extract that specific date and time for that particular Tool based on Output... e.g 16/11/2018 06:00:00 to 16/11/2018 18:00:00 and loop to the next time frame from 16/11/2018 18:00:00 to 17/11/2018 06:00:00.
I do hope you get what i mean. The internal database keeps updating.

Internal Database keeps updating every minute..How can i pull that output based on that time frame given and later on,copy and paste into a dashboard column?
