Copy Highlighted Data from Worksheet and Paste to a New Worksheet in another workbook

    Hello,

I am looking to see if there is a way in which I can copy the highlighted cells from a specific worksheet from the Twins Schedule workbook ("1950") and then paste that information to my workbook (1950 Washington Senators - Batting) that is set to "Sheet1". I have included both of my workbooks for reference.

If there is any way that this is possible to copy only the highlighted cells and then paste to the other workbook I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your help.

As the range B2:C53 on the 1950 sheet of the Twins Schedule workbook is already selected press the Ctrl + c keys,
Select cell A2 on sheet 1 in the 1950 Washington Senators - Batting workbook and press the Ctrl + v keys.

I am well aware of copying the data and then paste into the other worksheet. I was looking for a solution that would do this automatically for me. Thanks anyway.

If both workbooks are open then you could use the following:
    1) Select cell A2 of the 1950 Washington Senators - Batting workbook, Sheet 1,
    2) Paste the following into the formula bar: =IF('[Twins Schedule.xlsx]1950'!B2="","",'[Twins Schedule.xlsx]1950'!B2)
    3) Drag the fill handle over to cell B2,
    4) While A2:B2 are still selected drag the fill handle down as far as desired (this need not be limited by the number of rows of data on sheet 1950 of the Twins Schedule workbook).
If the Twins Schedule workbook is closed the operation will require VBA of which I am not literate.
