Recently I have come across the following problem:
When I open a new workbook and hit Alt-F11 to goto VBA, and then insert module, Excel crashes without error message. Also Word does the same thing.
I have Windows 10 Home Single Language
Running Office 365. Excel 2016 MSO (16.0.10325.20082) 32 -Bit
Any ideas? I have reinstalled Office and run Excel in safe mode but to no avail.
I also have office 365, however I am in the United States. My 365 comes with technical support. I don't know if support is offered outside the U.S. I have a similar problem, in that I cannot insert forms on in Excel on one of my computers. I spent several hours on the line with them as they logged in and tried just about everything. It works fine on my other machines. Try "moving" your license to another machine to see if you have the same issue.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
