dynamicly dropdown by cell value on ribbon

Hi

When the value on the active sheet in cell d5>0 then i want that the list in the dropdown on the ribbon is 10 item long
When the cell is empty or 0 the the list in the dropdown on the ribbon is 8 items long

is that posible ??
