Macro to copy a section of a worksheet and then loop and copy multiple times

I am new to macros and trying to understand how to create a loop. In the attached file I am trying to create a macro that copies cells a1:a65 in tab Statement Account Template to cell a1 of tab Monthly Statements. Where I am struggling is how then to copy a1:a65 in tab Monthly Statements down the page multiple times based on the number of names in the list at cell a2 on tab Billing Data Tab. Any guidance would be appreciated.
