    Paste and transpose "in memory"

I'm pasting data from the clipboard (from another software) to Excel.

I'll like to copy certain parts of the data into matching cells and transpose some parts into other cells.

Can this be done, "in memory", so I don't have to paste it first into the sheet? Perhaps via object, array?

I'm attaching the sample data (as it appears if you copy the clipboard to Excel).

I'd like to copy the B2 clipboard value into A2 and transpose clipboard values in H2:H7 to B2:

Hope this is clear, if not, please ask me to clarify.

Sample file is in the third post.

Please upload your example to this forum site. Many of our members are reluctant to open other sites in fear of virus.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
