how to protect figure,signature against deletion but other symbols not

Hi
On the photo you see a calendar.
So the picture that are market with the arrows the user must can't delete it.
But when a use select a date to take a day of of work. By a new created menu Verlof there can the user select the code from a dropdown for the day not at work.
And than a macro draws a shape on the selected day a rectangle and a triangle.
So i protect the sheet than i can't put the shapes on the calendar.
So i did a other thest and mark edit objects that works fine. Now i can add and delete shapes in the callendar. But also the 3 pictures marked with the black arrows on the figure below and that is not the intention

So i don't want to protect and unprotect the sheet by vba because they need my password.
Is it not posible to select a range where object are not poretect to edit
