Formula to Export data from report

    Hi everybody,

Im hoping someone can help me with a little code to add to this workbook in order to get it to perform the way i would like. I have a database that i am able to export from our online tracking system that contains a list of users along with the sites that are assigned to them to work on. I would like to be able to enter a row number and have the data from that row exported into the cells of the site info sheet and saved as an individual site. the other sheets that are listed already have information populated from the site info sheet. I have attached the example I am working with.

The export sheet is what is exported from my companies system. I copy and pasted the whole report into that XSport sheet on the file I uploaded. Of course I deleted private information. But that is the general look of what I download. What I need is to be able to select a row from that export sheet and have the selected row populate the site information sheet. I then have the other sheets pull information like the site number, applicant, etc from that site information sheet. I am looking for a quicker way to populate that site information sheet from the exported site list. Right now I am entering all the site information by copying and tasting it into the appropriate cell. I then save that whole workbook for each site I have assigned.

Sorry if the last reply was a little confusing. I will be able to explain it better now that I am back in front of my computer.

Under the Export sheet, I would copy and paste the report that i download into this file. Rows 1-3 would be locked as shown in the picture.
Row 4 would start where the information would be pasted.
I would then like to be able to select a row. Say row 6 in this instance. Type 6 into a textbox or empty cell at the top and click on the export button.

Once the export button is click it will take the information from that row such as site number, market, address, etc and populate that information into the
corresponding areas on the site info sheet.

The POR, Doc Request, and App Eval sheets have cells that reference the cells on the Site info sheet to populate the info in the proper area.

The after the information is pressed a new workbook will be saved without the export sheet.

This allows each site to have a file with all of the documents that are already filled out and able to be printed.

A shortkey on the keyboard was the first option I thought, but OK

it will take the information from that row such as site number, market, address, etc and populate that information into the

    Not clear
in sheet "Site Info" there next information to fill from where is coming this data ???
    Certainly
Site "Number" is from sheet "Exported" column E
Site "Site County" is from sheet "Exported" column L
Site "Latitude"is from sheet "Exported" column M
Site "Long"is from sheet "Exported" column N
    How for others ???

PCI. Thank you for your help thus far. I updated the file, namely the site info sheet of the workbook, so you can see what i am trying to reference on the export sheet.
