Macro: Create multiple emails using parameters in rows

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask for help with the following:

I am trying to receive multiple outlook email drafts (based on number of rows with data), that would take key information from the excel spreadsheet and add it to custom text. One email, per one row in the excel sheet. The amount of rows is not fixed and it can vary.

Could you please help? Bellow the desired templare and attached the rawdata for example.


Dear [Owner],

Your [Cars] with plate number [Plate Nr] is ready for pick up on [Pickup date].

paste this code into a module ,
then run : SendAllEmails
I set col E with the client's email address.

NOTE : YOU MUST HAVE THE OUTLOOK REFERENCE CHECKED IN VBE; ctl-G, menu,tools, references: Microsoft Outlook X.X object library
