VBA Dashboard With Position And MTM Report

I'm noobie to VBA and attempting to create dashboard. I've created User Form with option buttons for Position And MTM. My source data is 3rd party external table that I have macro to refresh, which will then pull in contract month, purchase contract quantity, purchase contract price, sales contract quantity, sales contract price. Since my mark to market pricing will come from 3rd party that is only available via PDF format, I plan on having a text entry pop-up that reads range of contract months with positions and allows user to enter monthly pricing.

Has anyone created a similar model? Any coding or tips that may help? Things in my design plans that raise red flags? Hoping the experts on this site can shed light on best way to approach this. Thank you

RCM - Sorry for the tardy response. Here is some sample data. Not sure how to save off User Form for Dropbox, but if you have recommendation please let me know. It's essentially just command buttons for MtM, Position (quantity), and Graphs. I also have inserted a web browser to allow user to sign in on site to obtain market quotes. I would like to add a text entry box where it could then give user open position months and zones to enter the current marks. That would be then used for the MTM output by month.
