Ramdomize but exclude based on status

Hi,

I have the following query; I need to randomize a list of names into a group of 6. I found the code below that works like a charm, but my problem lies in the fact that if they participated, that those should be excluded. Can the code be modified like: if the status in column P is "Participated" for a name, then that one should be excluded from the group and replaced with one from the available name if status Not "Participated". Then, after randomizing it again, it should add status "Participated" next to the one that has been chose from available names. Is it possible?

Many thanks for your solution. May I ask another question? How can I use the list found in column O to randomize the names that do not have an adjacent "Participated" value into the groups found in columns B-I? And if there are less people and all the groups open seats cannot be filled, then it should fill the groups with max value of 6 starting in column B - Group 1, leaving the remaining ones blank of partially filled?
