2 UDFs to create inventory report

Hello evrybody,
Could you help me in my question,please?
* This workbook is about inventory in a store."IN" sheet contains ins and "OUT" sheet contains outs
* The store building contains 10 floors and every floor has 5 rooms
* Every room may contain one material,and may contain multiple materials
Question: I need to create two UDFs in "Inventory" sheet:
- First UDF: in columns C,E,G.This UDF brings material and vendor name in every room from "in" sheet or "out" sheet( and not to depend on one sheet only.) .not whole name but abbreviations.For Abbreviations see name manager
Note:The udf should bring material and vendor name in every room from "in" sheet or "out" sheet
- Second UDF: in columns D,F,H.This UDF brings "IN-OUT=Inventory"
