Speed entry of dates, times & numerics

This query has probably been answered already, however,
I did not have time to respond immediately and cannot find the original OP.
The attached is an amalgamation of the methods I have previously used.
The environment of data logging at a gliding site demanded foolproof, one finger data entry with minimal thought process.
If the attached is of assistance to one person my time has not been wasted.
The processes eliminate the need to look for ":" , "/" or "." hopefully then producing meaningful data for calcs'.
