Find Beginning and Ending Date on Worksheet

In my worksheet I have several entries titled "XOM Credit Cards" in Column D. I would want to do a lookup on "XOM Credit Cards" and have the date from that row in Column A returned to cell B51 and then have another lookup where the last date in Column A for "XOM Credit Cards" is returned to cell B52.

Is it a formula question?

B51
=MIN(IF(D:D="XOM Credit Cards",A:A))

B52
=MAX(IF(D:D="XOM Credit Cards",A:A))

Both formula must be confirmed with Ctrl + Shift + Enter (Array formula entry).
Format both cell as date.
