vba to doubleclick in a cell, row above is copied to row below, AND moves row below down

Hello again! Further to my OP which has been solved (https://www.excelforum.com/excel-pro...e-example.html), it has come to my attention that if cells below the row that is doubleclicked upon to copy/paste row above is populated, could code push or copy/paste any cells populated below to be moved down one row to make room for the copy/paste from above? It could be one row or more that needs to be moved down. The form I have goes from R14-R28. Many thanks if someone could help with this! I can get the next row below to copy down one row, but can't figure out how to move more than one. I originally marked OP with this new development, but have now decided maybe better to start a new thread?
