Change specific sheet name of folder & Sub folders

Hi,
I am hereby attaching SAMPLE file in which I have specified
Column A : File names
Column B : Original name of specific sheet
Column C : New Name of sheet

I want to change specific sheet i.e. having in a folder or sub folder having name prescribed in column B of attached file must be change as mentioned in Column C
I have used following code to extract all sheet names of folder & sub folder in file & extract only those names which have to be get changed

The data I have is very large so if solution provided save my time & efforts.

Hi,
I have got this code on some other site to delete the sheet which is having same sheet name in different files & folder.

Help require to modify it which can be rename the sheets to 'GROCERY' as I have mentioned in the list in file
