Adding onto an Existing Formulaa

I am trying to create an R1C1 formula in VBA that adds on to an exiting CUBE formula.

I am trying to turn this:

=CUBEMEMBER("PWPER","[Dim Item].[Items].&[8]")

into this

=CUBEMEMBER("PWPER","[Dim Item].[Items].&[8]",PROPER(CUBEMEMBER("PWPER","[Dim Item].[Items].&[8]")))

Once I get this working correctly in VBa, I will loop it down a range of a few hundred rows.

I've tried something like below but just can't seem to get this syntax figured out.

EDIT = Debug Print helps alot!!! I needed to remove the = sign from inside the proper. This seems to be working
