Exporting .CSV files with Tickbox option

Hi

In Excel VBA I have a button for a creation of a series of .CSV files as below


T200CAN1_Buffers.csv
T200CAN1_Buffers.csv
T200CAN5_Buffers.csv
T200CAN5_Buffers.csv
T200CAN8_Buffers.csv
T200CAN8_Buffers.csv
T200CAN9_Buffers.csv
T200CAN9_Buffers.csv
T200CAN11_Buffers.csv
T200CAN11_Buffers.csv


The current following code is made so I can export all the .csv created into an external software.
Instead of this, I would like to have an option to tick what I want export and what I don't, maybe with the help of a UserForm
Is anyone able to help on this?
