Clear Contents of cells, if other cell changes

A macro is currently running to do calculations based on cells A14:H113 on one of many worksheets in a workbook.

What I would like to do is make it so that if the data in cells A14:B113 of Worksheet "Rate Calculations" change that only the data in cells K14:P113 (Of worksheet "Rate Calculations") will clear.... and everything else is left as is.

Hi There!

Below is a screen shot of what data looks like now...... And what I would like to do is make it so that if for whatever reason I edit, change, etc the data in any of the A14:B113 cells, that the data in row where the data changed is cleared from columns K:P
