Data transfer depending on a condition

Hello everyone
I am trying to create a macro to transfer specific columns values into two values from main sheet to Output sheet Depending on one condition in the column AH
All is OK till now But I failed to add two points ...So I need your help in achieving these two points
- The first point is that I need to put text strings below the tables as signatures, for example Auditor and General Director
