Help needed to clear the formula

please can some one clear the logic and formula for me, attached sheet is for reference.

Thanks Mohan, it works but little bit changing required which i don't know how it will be.. need that the paid days can get from the sheet2. when i change the date in sheet1 than the the formula get the paid days from there sheet2.

all works but first month is not work when i put 1/24/2018 on sheet1. than shows me the employee no in paid days. can you please help in this regard.
