Replace date in "DD.MM.YYYY" with date "DD/MM/YYYY" format as soon as user hits enter

I needed an event macro to replace date format "DD.MM.YYYY" with "DD/MM/YYYY" as soon as user hits enter in Column J of my particular worksheet.

If user copy paste data from other sheet in "." format then I needs it to auto convert into "/" date format.
