    Entering formula with range

Hey guys, should be pretty basic but could you please help me know where i'm going wrong?

I'm trying to sum and divide by 2 a range in column F. The range will always start at cell F11 and end at a variable cell which i defined as "plusonecell". The formula will go in "lastcell" and I cant figure out the syntax.

First one worked perfect, thanks! The second is a little more intuitive to me, might give that a go. Either way, appreciate the help!
